Click and drag the tabs of the panels to rearrange them, e.g. if it's easier to have the '''Storyboard''' and '''Panel''' panels side-by-side in order to copy and paste dialog from '''Storyboard''' to '''Panel''', drag the '''Storyboard''' tab until the '''Storyboard''' panel undocks and then move it over the right edge of the SBP application window until a blue rectangle appears. Each frame within a panel that has a snapshot will be included as a separate panel in the exported PDF storyboard. 

When a snapshot is added to a panel, the first panel will no longer be included in the exported PDF storyboard unless a snapshot is manually added at the first frame of panel.
