Lettering

Print blue lines of final art @ 450 dpi on Strathmore recyled drawing paper (8-½ x 11 sheets). This in effect is working as if the final working area is 8 x 12 inches instead of 5-½ x 8-½ inches.

• bold: Copic Multiliner 1.0mm

Scan full-color @ 450 dpi. In Photoshop, copy the blue channel to the red and green channels. Apply curves to remove the remaining traces of the blue lines. Convert to 600 dpi (without resampling) and copy into the final Photoshop document.
