  1. Mount the Windows share on the Mac.
    1. Finder > New Window > Select the remote machine under Shared > Connect as...
    2. The shared directories on the remote machine will now show up under /Volumes/ on the Mac.
  2. Open a terminal on the Mac.
  3. cd /Volumes/my_share
