Overview

  • iOS/Android app: DS Cam, DS Finder

Install DS Finder app

I'm not 100% sure this is necessary. This app allows management of the DSM itself.
  • Install and open DS Finder
  • Notifications: On

Push notifications from Surveillance Station to DS Cam

  • Log into Surveillance Station
  • Main Menu (the icon with the four blocks at the upper left of the page) > Notification
    • Push Service tab
      • Enable mobile device notifications: checked
      • Click Manage paired DS Cam and confirm that the expected phones are displayed.
      • Click Manage paired DS Finder and confirm that the expected phone are displayed.
      • Click Send test message to confirm that the phones are paired and able to receive notifications from Surveillance Station.
    • Rules tab
      • Make sure the relevant events are checked under the Mobile column.
