Paper: Canford forest green
Interior: black, but if another printing is ever required, the lighter green from the exterior might be a better choice.
2nd printing (Dec. 2014) ~105 covers (That's what I counted even though the number should be divisible by 4. 100 would make more sense since it would mean starting out with 25 sheets of paper, but it really seems like there are more covers than that.)
Notes
After burning the screens I realized that with the first printing, I actually printed it using 3 screens even though it uses only 2 colors.
The faces were on their own screen and were trapped by the darker green. Then the lighter green parts of letters was printed on top of the dark green.
