Adding pages

• Select a page in the Pages pane.
• right click > Insert Pages...
  • The master page of the selected page will be the default master for the new page(s).
  • To change the master, select a different one in the Insert Pages dialog.
• Override the elements in the master page by Ctrl + Shift while clicking on them. Otherwise, the master layout itself will be updated with any changes.

Exporting the PDF

• A custom PDF export preset named desktop... has been created.
• File > Adobe PDF Presets > desktop...
• Select the destination, e.g. d:\animation\portfolios\backgrounds\damien-barchowsky-portfolio.pdf
• (Optional) Tweak settings in the Export Adobe PDF dialog.
• Click Export in the Export Adobe PDF dialog.

Exporting the export PDF settings

• Open up the Export Adobe PDF dialog.
• Click Save Settings button (in the lower left).

Public location

• Google drive (~37 Mb)
  • Sharing settings: Anyone with the link can view.
• To get the link to view the file:
  • Google Drive > creative > animation > portfolio
  • Select the PDF file > right click > Get link > copy link from popup dialog
• To change the sharing settings:
  • Open the Get link popup dialog.
  • Sharing settings link.
  • Confirm that Link sharing is ON.
  • Sharing setting: Anyone with the link can view
