1-Point Perspective Grid Construction
1. Draw a Horizon Line (HL). Drop a perpendicular line down from the Central Vanishing Point (CVP) on the HL to the Station Point (SP).
2. Draw a 45° line from the SP to the Horizon.
3. Draw 2 lines that converge on the CVP. Draw a horizontal line that intersects the 2 lines.
4. Draw a line from one of the intersections of these lines to the point where the 45° line intersects the HL.
5. The point where this line intersects the other line that converges on the CVP marks the location of the back of the square. Draw a horizonal line at this point that intersects both of the lines converging on the CVP.
6. Continue as needed to complete a grid.
