Excluding local traffic from realtime reports[edit]
It's possible to define and exclude local traffic from GA4 reports, but not possible to exclude it from realtime reports.
Admin > Data Streams > Choose property > Configure Tag Settings > Show More > Define Internal Traffic
Create a rule for the local IP. Use a wildcard mask to specify the range. (/24 indicates the full range of the right hand subnet.)
Return to Admin landing page > Data Filters > create a filter for "internal traffic" > Set its state to "Active"
